Rode to the edge of Powell. It was pretty dicey as there are no bike lanes in parts. I HATE this town for that. at least the traffic was lite. I kept an average of 12.9 until back in the neighborhood, then it dropped to 12.1mph. I guess that traffic keeps the pace up.
